The service team has been listening to our dealers. For some time many of our dealers have commented that it is difficult to take time away from there business to attend a live update seminar. To help you save time and money we will be completing our update training online using a teleconference webinar.
What that means to you is that at a set time you will be able to sit in front of your computer log onto our webinar website, connect to a phone line and participate in a training session with out leaving your shop or the comfort of your easy chair. The other benefit would be that you can have as many participants watching as you like. Each meeting will cover only one manufacturer’s product line at time and limiting a maximum time of about 1.5 hours depending on audience participation and the amount of information we have to share.
